Q: From where do you operate?

This is a home-based business.

Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges currently.

Q: When will items ordered be shipped?

Shipping Processing will occur 3-5 BUSINESS Days after order has been placed.

Q: To where do you ship?

Anywhere in the United States with the proper mailing address also international.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Sorry, Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. 

Q: How will I get a notification when my order is out for delivery?

You will receive a tracking number once shipping has been processed.

Q: How can I change delivery address?

You can change delivery address if done before processing days. Please send an email with an address change request to countrygalthrift@gmail.com

Q: How often are new items uploaded?

New items will be uploaded weekly.

Q: Are the clothing clean before shipping?

Clothing is sold and shipped AS IS, no cleaning is completed prior to shipping, unless it's absolutely necessary to be laundered. Disinfecting spray will be sprayed to item prior to shipping.
